Point of use (POU) water heaters, tankless water heaters and on demand water heaters- you have heard of them before but do you know what they are? This is because there is not need to wait for a large storage container to fill up. The majority  of point of use hot water heaters provide the building with a rate of flowing hot water between two to five gallons of water a minute.

Point of use hot water heaters can cost the home owner as little as $200. However, the price will vary and depends on the size of the unit and your water heating demand. Potential owners of a point of use water heart should know that some of the smaller water heaters will not be able to produce enough of a  hot water supply for multiple and/or simultaneous use. When you do decide to get a point of use hot water heater for your homes hot water need, you will want to get a large enough hot water heater to fulfill your hot water needs.
